pp33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

📌Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pp33 ("pp33", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pp33 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and related features accessible at pp33.club and any associated subdomains or applications.

By accessing pp33, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use pp33. These Terms should be read together with pp33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

🪪Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to pp33 is restricted. The following eligibility requirements apply to all players and must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform.

  Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pp33 may request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited pending investigation.

  One Account Per Person: Each player may hold one pp33 account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

  Accurate Registration: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

  Personal Use Only: Your pp33 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to use your account, access your credentials, or place bets on your behalf. Sharing your login credentials is prohibited and places full liability for any resulting account activity on you.

👤Account Registration and Security

Registration on pp33 is free. To create an account you must complete the registration form accurately and accept these Terms. The following rules apply to all registered accounts.

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. pp33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

  You must notify pp33 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pp33 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

  pp33 reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit or wagering thresholds, or where fraud is suspected. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

  pp33 accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pp33 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered mobile number before any dormancy-related action is taken. Applicable dormancy fees, if any, will be communicated in advance.

💳Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pp33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

🎁Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

pp33 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

  Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device or IP address. The bonus funds will be credited automatically upon qualifying deposit.

  Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in automatic expiry of the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from it.

  Abuse Prevention: pp33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting to artificially meet wagering requirements, or using bets with opposing outcomes to circumvent wagering terms.

  Maximum Bet on Bonus: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements are pending, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳5,000 or equivalent. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

🏏Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on pp33 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. pp33 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is abandoned or declared void by the relevant governing body; the result is subject to official appeal or review at the time of settlement; there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or the odds were published in error due to a technical fault. In all such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

All casino game outcomes on pp33 — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. pp33 is not responsible for losses incurred during normal play within the expected variance of any game.

🛡️Responsible Gaming

pp33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings before commencing play. A self-exclusion facility is available for players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming. Self-exclusion requests submitted via pp33 support will be actioned within 24 hours. Players who are self-excluded will not receive any promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

  Registering or using a pp33 account if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly permitting or facilitating an underage person to access the platform.

  Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit the platform, or circumvent any security or verification process.

  Engaging in fraudulent activity including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, submitting false identity documents, colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in money laundering through the platform.

  Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform malfunction to obtain funds or advantages not intended by pp33. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be reversed. Players are required to report any identified errors to pp33 support promptly.

  Using the platform in any way that constitutes a violation of applicable law in the Republic of Bangladesh, including laws relating to online gaming, financial crime, data protection, or telecommunications.

All content on pp33, including but not limited to: the platform name and brand, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, images, software, game titles, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pp33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pp33 without express prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pp33 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp33's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pp33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pp33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

pp33 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pp33 will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any outage or technical failure but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

🔐Account Suspension and Termination

pp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the account is being used fraudulently or in connection with criminal activity; the player has provided false registration information; the player is found to be under 21; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting pp33 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these Terms are not eligible for balance reinstatement.

🔏Privacy and Data Protection

pp33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on pp33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pp33 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers solely as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

📝Amendments to These Terms

pp33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pp33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on record (typically by notification upon next login) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of pp33 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 🏛️Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pp33, you agree to first contact pp33 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pp33 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits pp33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
